  • Yes! The community is designed to support all skill levels. Each program is formulated to support a specific type of individual to maximize progress.

  • Once the membership is purchased, you will be prompted to answer a few general questions, then to download an app through your smartphone. The community operates solely through this app!

  • Though having a gym membership is ideal, it is not required. We have several training programs that can be completed at home or anywhere you are at.

  • Most of the training programs are 2-3 days per week, however we have programs up to 6-7 day a week for more advanced individuals.

  • After completing a program in the community, you are able to browse the selection of programs and get started with another one right away!
